Wow...to say I was impressed with David would be an understatement. From the moment we chose to list our property with him, he was the ultimate professional and clearly at the top of his trade. We put our full trust in his listing strategy (incredible resources and suggestions) and it paid off significantly in the end. Only one open house was necessary- over 100 potential buyers came by, we received multiple offers immediately and throughout the week, finally accepting an offer $80K over asking price. If I could afford to have David manage my entire life, I would. He is absolutely the best realtor I've ever heard of, seen, or worked with. if you are looking for an agent weather it be buying or selling your house then please continue to read.  Last year my wife and I were looking to buy our first home but were not sure if we would qualify, David set us up with an amazing lender that took care of us like we were the only client.  During the qualifying time David started working for us in the same manner we were amazed with the attention we were receiving.  we had been looking for homes on our own for a month with nothing that was appealing to us.  He took the information that we gave him and started looking for the perfect home for us and the kids.  after about a week he found us the perfect most beautiful home we could imagine in the price range we wanted.  We offered on the home immediately and then went home super excited.  we drove by the place 10 times in 3 days and David even took us in 4 of those times.  Needless to say David went above and beyond to satisfy our excitement, and we have not even had the offer accepted yet.  every day that David called us we were hoping to hear that we got the house but for the first 3 days he was just letting us know that he had been in contact with the seller.  BUT THEN CAME DAY 4 when he called us that day he said the we got the house, you can imagine how happy we were.  David and his team were able to get us through the home buying process very quick, we had our key in just over 3 weeks.  I have never bought a home before and we were nervous but David made the whole process pretty painless for us.  I recommend David Giambruno from Keller Williams Bay area estates, He knows Real Estate.

We found ourselves relocating out of state for a great new job opportunity. We discussed renting our house vs selling our house for several weeks and decided selling was in our best interest. We then went through the process of deciding who should list our home and sell it with the tight conditions we faced. We met with David, based on a referral from another friend, and he gave a great preliminary presentation of how he would market our house, review the trends of people looking online and the number of people looking online, stage our house, take neighbors into consideration for an open house, do an open house and then review offers. He understood our market area and how to market to our specific area. He also knew coming into the presentation what we were looking for as sellers based on previous conversations. David knew we had a requirement for a fast sale to close of escrow because we were in the process of buying another home and he fully explained how he could make that happen. We felt he totally understood what was important to us and he made sure that everything was handled during the entire process with little inconvenience to us. David gave us the comfort level that he had everything under control and would let us know if we needed to do anything. David was awesome during the entire process. He listed our home and had it closed in less than 30 days. He is very professional, friendly, a good listener, very knowledgeable of our market area, knows the ends of the market and can sell your home accordingly. I had no need for a realtor for so many years I didn't know where to begin, there were so many out there, my porch was always littered with magnets, notepads and pamphlets so I started there but was not impressed. Lived in my blossom valley home since the 80's, but was time to move on but I was nervous about the whole ordeal.  Then I met David through my daughters softball team, found out he was a realtor and after a short talk felt he could be the best choice to list my house with, he was very good at explaining everything to me, what to expect, what not to expect etc.   I was not sorry, it went very smoothly, always felt I was in good hands with a professional and given solid guidance to make it work out in my time frame.  I think he likes what he does so he does it well, so you feel like someone is as interested in your major transaction as you obviously are.  Definitely recommend David if you don't know where to begin.
