The home had to be fixed up before the sale, Jeet helped me get a great contractor who completed everything in time and the sale went through as planned - the fixup was done at a very reasonable price too. During last two years, David Giambruno sold two houses for me. David and his team did a wonderful job. They arranged to get anything done for the houses to be put on market. I could even have gone on vacation without worries. Jessica helped to schedule their handymen to fix the windows, walls, and lights, touch up the paint. The yard debris was removed, and the fence was fixed, etc.. David even provided free staging, that made the house look so beautiful and attractive.
